Ideas are a very important part of writing! This week we practiced making a good idea even better with more details. Try it again with this idea: We had a good meal.
I had a great dinner.I had cooked chicken with mashed potateos and corn.Then we had popcrn and ice cream, my flavor was cotton candy from cold stone, we whatched T.V. and then we went to bed.
When my Dad took out the mashed potatoes, they didn't look like much. But then they turned into delicious puffy clouds. My dad put them in a giant glass measuring cup. Then he got a giant spoon to mix it all up. It still didn't look like much, but when he put it in the micorwave it started to get a little bit clumpier. He put it in the micorawave about two more times then took it out. It was fully clumpy now. It looked so delicious! I could almost taste the white, sweet, and delicious puffy cloud in my mouth already! it was a wondderful lunch meal!
Last night I had a great dessert. Its called jello saled.As my mom was making all the different flavers. The smell filled the air of strawberry,lime,orange,and all different flavers.When it was done it looked colerful and delicious.When I took one bite out of it I wanted a secound peice. Maddi
I had a great meal! My mom rolled out homeade creasent rolls. She made pizza dough by scratch. She put lots of cheese and suasage on top of the thick crust pizza. we had butter for the creasent rolls and carrots on the side. We also had fresh lemonade to drink. It was a tasty meal, I loved it! Zoe
When I got home from soccer, I smelled something amazing. It smelled like steak. When I sat down to eat, and I took a bite of it. My mouth filled with joy. My tastebuds started dancing with joy.
I had homemade mash potados i had to wait forever and ever while smelling them, because it was not done):. It was so good it melted in my mouth mmmm. With it i had green beans I could see the bubbles from the hot water. It was the best Iwould love to have them again. When i had them both it was like i was at an awesome place it didn't taist like it was a home. For a drink I had cold milk by the time i drank it all I had a milk beard. We had spegeddi it was melting in my mouth it was so hot we were al like hhhhhhhoooooootttttt. We also had garlic bread which is my favorite it was so good that I had 5 of them.We also had some really cold water which tasted good.We also had some BROWNIES with powder sugar on them it was good,and we had ICE CREAM with some strawberry syrup and chocolate on it we also had some cookies.IT WAS SO GOOD AND FUN TO SPEND TIME WITH MY FAMILY! by:Drew

My dad made me ribs. They were ssssssssoooooooo good. First he made home made barbeque sause. Next he toughted out the ribs. Then he put mustusterd and brown sugar all over it. Next he put them in the oven for a few hours, then he put them on the grill for a few hours. Finally we got to eat them. Sarah
ONE DAY I WAS EATTING MY DAD'S STEAK IT WAS THE BEST MEAL EVER IT WAS PERFECT,I also had corn on the cob it was perfectly cooked,I also had baked beans they were perfectly baked,then i had straberries they were perfectly picked and ripe,lastley I had silkey's the ice cream was perfecly made that's the bet meal I've ever from malorie....................................

Also spegetty with jucy and flavory sauce and I had Chopoltley borettos! bacen egg and cheas buskets and potatos also cupcakes and slices of cake and it was the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had the most delisious dinner ever! When she made baked spagety I could smell the red spagety sauce and the white melted cheese on top. I could see the red twisted noodles, just waiting for me! thn I ate it, and it tasted so delicious. it tasted so sossy and yummy. I sprinkled parmasan on it and it was perfect, and I had 3 servings of it. but then there is the salad and it had my favorite dresing on it, with the most expensive cranberries in it to. Then I put parmasan on that to. that was my favorite dinner!!! Elliana
My meal was not good it was great. It was on thanksgiving. My mom made this turkey oh it was so good.It was so juice and warm.And we had mashpotatos and gravy they melt inyour mouth when you eat them.My grandma makes the best rolls you just eat them with butter and mmmmmmmmmm there so good, and there was...... CAKE because it was my birthday wwooooohhhoooo.
Last night was the best food on the wold. My mom mad the best soup it had jucies meat in the wold.And she mad bread.And when ererything was cooking it smeled like heven. and then it happend the bell rong and mom walk over and opend it up but when she opend it smoke came and my mom yelled time for dinner and ereryone ran toothe table. and we all sared eating it was so good that ereryone hade 2 it was so good that when we oped the bread smke smelled so good and meal was so good.And my mom some good cookeis and the best part was the cookies were so soft that when you did pick them up they fell apart and the best best part was she cake too and that was the best food in the hole wold and I would never forget that day mmmmmmmmmm..

My favorite drink is hot chocolate i love the marshmallows.
